My wife and I have a bicyle tour planned in the Loire Valley in September (flying in to Paris). But after the bike tour, we are planning to visit Belgium for about a week with a few stops:
9/18 Tours-Antwerp
9/20 Antwerp-Brussels
9/22 Brussels-Bruges
9/25 Bruges-Paris
Does it make sense to purchase Eurail Global Mobile Pass Flex for this?

Antwerp-Brussels is only 8.90 EUR pp, and Brussels-Bruges is only 17.00 EUR pp, unless you are 65 or older, then they are both 8.30 EUR. The journeys from/to France will require expensive seat reservation charges. In short, a Eurail Pass will cost you more than just buying tickets. Buy the international tickets now to get discounted nonrefundable tickets since you know exactly when you will travel.
