Exactly which station does the Eurostar stop at? Are Midi, Zuid, and South station the same? We'll be picking up a rental car.

French: Bruxelles-Midi, Flemish: Brussel-Zuid, English: Brussels-South
Brussels/Bruxelles/Brussel is officially bi-lingual, so all the signposting at the station is bi-lingual and says "Bruxelles-Midi / Brussel-Zuid".
Do not confuse it with Bruxelles-Central / Brussel-Centraal which Belgian trains also stop at, but not High Speed trains.
