Christmas Day in Antwerp, Ghent, or Brussels?

My family and I were thinking of taking a day trip on Christmas Day (which will be a Monday in 2023). From Amsterdam, our choices are Antwerp, Ghent, or Brussels. Given the closures, which city do you recommend for a Christmas Day trip (mostly walking)?

Make sure something is open. Our experience in Germany, Spain, and England is that Christmas is shut down tight including restaurants. The beer halls are open in Germany.
