Chocolate making workshops in Bruges?

Has anyone attended this type of class? Are they worthwhile?

Perhaps this is something that could also be done in Brussels or Ghent. We are staying in Bruges and using the train to day trip.

No. Not when you can just buy it from companies that have been making the stuff for 300 years.

We did a chocolate making class at Maison Cailler in Switzerland and had a great time.
