Has anyone ever stayed at nhow Brussels Bloom? Pros? Cons? A better suggestion? Thanks in advance
I haven't stayed there but I know where it is. North of Rogier / Botanique is not the best area. If you want another NH, there is one at Place du Grand Sablon which is a really nice neighbourhood. I could suggest more but just wondering what your budget is and what you expect to be seeing (I assume this is a sightseeing trip, not business?).

Thank you for your reply, it is very helpful. We are only there one night and after sightseeing the following day moving on to Antwerp. I hope to keep the hotel around $200, but also want something quiet and comfortable as arriving from the west coast and will be tired.
For the night of the 26 April (a random date) the NH Collection Brussels Grand Sablon is US$267 (from booking.com). I don't know if that fits your budget but that neighbourhood will be quiet enough. If you are looking for cheaper, there will be plenty of hotels near to the Grand' Place, including the Ibis and the Novotel, and I think you will not be disturbed by noise there, even if in the thick of things. Ste.-Cathérine and St.-Géry are nightlife hotspots and would come with noise so I would not take a hotel there. Another neighbourhood is the Louise district - slightly cheaper accommodation, quieter, and a restaurant street at Rue Jourdan / Rue Jean Stas, but still a nice neighbourhood.
