Connecting from US to Portugal next week with 3 hour connection in Brussels. Our originating flight leaves our city at 12:53 p.m. ET Tuesday. United’s “Travel Ready Center” says we need a rapid Antigen test no earlier than 1:45 a.m. the day of our departure (we arrive at 7:45 a.m.. Belgium time) or a PCR test 3 days prior which is a Sunday with no results available until at least Tuesday. We are fully vaccinated with boosters. Any suggestions?
I am traveling to Belgium next week as well. My read of the United Airlines Travel Ready requirements to enter Belgium are 1) proof of vaccination OR 2) rapid Antigen test OR 3) PCR test. Perhaps your requirements are different since your final destination is different -- but I would call United for clarification. Happy travels.
