Hello all. I am flying into Brussels in early June. I'm scheduled to land at 9:20am. I plan on getting a 12:45pm train from Brussels midi. Does anyone think I might need more time to get to midi? The next earlier train from midi departs at 11:15, pretty sure I need to leave more time in case of late arrival. Any thoughts are appreciated. Thanks.

If you fly into Brussels (National) Airport, with IATA code BRU, you can take the direct train to Bruxelles-Midi, duration some twenty minutes. For timetables see www.belgianrail.be , select English as language and in the Route Planner select Brussel-Nat-Luchthaven (NMBS/SNCB) and Brussel-Zuid / Bruxelles-Midi (NMBS/SNCB).
If you travel by highspeed train I guess, you have also to respect the checkin time prior to departure, but check this out with the railwaycompany you travel with. If everything goes well you can catch the 11:15am train, but there is little room for errors I think.

The only train that needs formal check-in would be a Eurostar to Lille or London. If you're getting one of those, you need to arrive at an absolute minimum of 30 minutes before departure, and preferably an hour.
