We will be in Brugge on a Sunday, my son had taken this tour last year and can't remember the group who offered it. Quasimodo has one but it is only one stop for beer.

Maybe this company can help you, I have no experience with them. They offer different kinds of tours in many cities in Belgium, so also gastronomic bike tours.
