Hello,
Trying to plan a trip that will include Vienna, Bruges and London over 11 full days (not including flying in or out) and realize that is not much time and hoping not to lose too much traveling between countries. Not set on where we start/end the trip. Looking for advice on what is the most efficient use of our time. Flying from east coast of US. Thanks!

You are going to lose half a day whenever you change destinations. From London, take the train to Bruges, changing at Brussels then fly to Vienna and home from there open jaw.

Vienna is your outlier. You can get from London to Bruges by train in about four hours if you move fast at Brussels. But you should definitely fly to Vienna.
