"eurotrain"? Never heard of them. In Belgium, it is SNCB in the French language acronym.

To look up schedules go to www.bahn.com. That is the German railway company site, but has the schedules of 98% of the European rail schedules loaded on its travel search engine.

There is no such thing as Eurotrain.
Brugge to Paris involves one train from Brugge to Brussels, and a high speed train from Brussels to Paris. Look up times and prices on the SNCB (Belgian Railways) site here: http://www.belgianrail.be/en
Answer: 2h45 to 3 hours. Very frequent (>= 1 train per hour)

Paris to London is run by a company called Eurostar. Website: http://www.eurostar.com
Answer: 2¼ to 2½ hours, one train per hour.

Trains to and from both Brussels and London arrive /depart from Paris Gare du Nord. This is very central, hundreds of hotels to choose from.
