Can anyone help with plans on how to choose which company/boat to take on a bike barge trip? Any help would be greatly appreciated. We are thinking April/May 2020. The world of travel can get confusing!

My husband and I took two bike/barge trips a number of years ago with bike barge.com. The first was only in the Netherlands and was absolutely wonderful. The second was from Paris to Bruges. This one was the initial trip for this itinerary and there were quite a few issues that still needed to be worked out, primarily with the company operating the barge. (Canals in France are quite a bit narrower so they had to use a different barge company. This was the only itinerary where they used this particular barge.) .The guides on both trips were wonderful. We did one bike and barge trip using Utracks as the third part provider. When we were on the barge we learned that others had used other third party providers such as Mac Adventures. Looking at our next barge and bike trip I like to refer to the drop down reference on the Utracks site that lists the boats they book into for the "quality" of the boats - comfort through premium https://www.utracks.com/Bike-Boat/Vessels-Boats . We did the Veneto Barge & bike from Venice and it was great!!!
