Belgium Weather

I have a flight on hold for Amsterdam mid-March and will be visiting Belgium and Luxembourg also. I know it's unpredictable, but is the average weather during that time cold and rainy?

I realize that. We will be visiting Amsterdam and Belgium. I'll adjust the post.

Sorry about that.

We were there this past April, 2024. Based on that, I'd plan on windy, brisk, and rainy. I used my rain pants on several days, and was glad that I had a full-length raincoat , with a snug hood, along with a wool scarf and hat, plus gloves. The weather changed drastically within the same day. If it's sunny, don't be fooled, still take your rain gear.
These countries are pretty far north, check out a map. Even on our sunny days, the wind was quite strong.

That being said, we had a fantastic time. I'll attach my Trip Report. I can't wait to return. Safe travels!

Be prepared for any type of weather, even the same day as Pat already remarks. The weather in Amsterdam is not much different from that in Bruges, in general a degree or so colder.

Living 20km from the coast it can be rainy here and sunny there. I have always an umbrella in my car and with the slightest doubt a raincoat too.
