We will be ending our river cruise in Antwerp and have reservations in Bruges. Wondering what the easiest way to get to Bruges from Antwerp? Any suggestions?

There are direct trains every hour from Antwerpen-Central. The schedule says the trip is 1.5 hours.

We did the train. Quick and easy. Depending where you are staying in Bruges you might want to get a taxi. It’s about a 20 minute walk from the station along cobbled ( often crowded) streets.

On a business day, the train is several times an hour. Unreserved, your just-bought ticket is good on any train to Bruges from Antwerp (either of two stations, Berchem and Centrale.) American chip and signature cards often fail in the ticket machines, so you may have to wait in line for a human ticket agent. Likely no luggage racks on a "commuter car".
There is a vending machine outside the Bruges station for bus tickets, if you prefer to ride downtown that way. Look at Google Maps to find your hotel and decide if you need a cab or what. Antwerp has good public transit, and uses the same card as Bruges. But I don't know where the boat will let you off. A cab to the train station may be easiest.
Car services can be expensive in Antwerp, and Bruges is a long way, with bad traffic. So I'd use the train. It doesn't affect this answer, but you should normally give the month of the year when you ask.
