We arrive at BRU at 0900 on Tuesday and need to get to our hotel (Bd Adolphe Max 98) from the airport. I see that there are many different options. We would prefer to use public transport--the length of time is not really a factor as check in isn't until later in the afternoon. With that in mind, what would you suggest, specifically.

Train, then taxi if needed.

That address is 6/10 of a mile from the Brussels-Nord train station. After the train, either taxi or walk.

Definitely train from the airport to Central Station. However one caution from my trip there last week.... your hotel may seem close, but there's a hill and pulling a suitcase over those cobblestones is murder! Take the train, but then get a taxi from the train station to your hotel and drop your bags off. Then you are free to explore until check-in time minus luggage. Your shoulders will thank you.
