Does anyone know of a transportation company or taxi service that can drive me from the Brussels airport to Bruges. (I do not plan on taking the train.)

As Sam mentioned, it is a very easy train trip, and would be far more economical. But, if the train is not an option you want, then check out Daytrip.com, which is a transfer company. We have used several times with great success.
