Alas, I'm not in USA. I've ordered the book a month ago but 'it lost in the mail"
Now I'm short of time - need to know if I can buy this book in the bookshops in Vienna.

There aren't any large English bookstores in Vienna anymore as everyone just orders from amazon.de.

Do you have a kindle or ipad? I would download it if you have one. You can buy it through amazon and use it on either device with a kindle app. You can also buy it through the Rick Steves Europe app. I'm not aware of any bookstore in Vienna to buy it.
