Our Sep-Oct tour will end in Vienna - any suggestions about where to spend a few days after the tour ends?
Is it fairly easy to get to Venice (or somewhere else in Italy) from Vienna?

It is a full day (or night) of travel from Vienna to Venice, so I would not call that easy. You can look at train schedules and fares here - http://www.oebb.at/en/. Flying might be easier and perhaps cheaper.
I'd go somewhere closer like Budapest or the Wachau Valley, but after a tour like that I'd probably also be up for flying to Croatia for some chillin out.
