What to do in Montafon/Tanafreida area.

Now that we received such great help with your train travel advice, I've started a new topic for our visit in Montafon/Tanafreida area.

While we will be with German friends who have traveled here before, what would you recommend as activities, restaurants, perhaps a day trip? We will be there 5 nights in early July.

The Montafon Valley is not on the Rick Steves hit list. Its a big winter ski resort and it looks like there is a ski-lift practically over your head. They will run in the summer for access to hiking and mountain biking, Check out the website: http://www.montafon.at/en/summer-activities
