Water Park near Lienz - any experience with it?

We are going to be in Lienz, or at least going through Lienz mid-September and I found what looks to be a great (potential) diversion for my 6 and 10 year old kids: http://www.galitzenklamm.info/

Has anyone visited this place and have any feedback?

I do worry that the weather, while mid-70s (F) in September is nice, may not be warm enough to be wet.

In addition, we'll have just been in Alpi de Suisi, and on our way to Grossglockner, Hallstatt, Salzburg and then Vienna, so maybe it's not a good use of a few hours that could be spent elsewhere. I hear Vienna has a fun water playground area in/around the Danube.

Many thanks in advance!

I've only driven through Lienz on our way to our home base in Sankt Martin am Tennengebirge. You may also want to look around Zell am see just to the north of Lienz. It's kind of the Vail of Austria and there's a bit of everything there. Vienna is also going to give you lots of fun stuff for everyone. In Vienna they have a theme park that hosted the 1873 world's fair called Prater. Lots of kid stuff to do there and the park isn't usually too busy.
