Just getting settled back home after 2 1/2 weeks in Austria and Czech Republic. After vacation jet lag and blues.
Went to the Genuss Food Festival in Vienna while there a few weeks ago. Tried lots of great food, beer, and wine.
However, the best thing that I had, hands down, was the braised pork cheeks from Wagner’s Wirsthaus. The best thing that I ate the entire time that I was in Europe. Their entire menu that they had that night looked good and the staff looked like they were having a good time.
With all of the recommendations that are passed along here, just wanted to throw this one out.
