Vienna...Which location is the better of the 2?

I've been narrowing down hotels for my stay in 3 weeks. Basically I'm looking for something clean, private bathroom, under $100 a night (I get a fairly decent budget with my company through Accor properties), has AC (yes I like to blast it cold...I know no one likes to hear this!), is within a 5 minute walk of a subway or tram, and is in a nice neighborhood. I like a nice ambiance but yeah I know I won't get that with my budget.

I've used Google Maps and I'm having difficulty narrowing it down to these properties:
Pension Gross
Ibis Styles Wien City
Imperial Riding School Renaissance
Mercure Secession Wien

In Vienna I plan on seeing/going to:
Imperial Apartments
Freud Museum
Viktor Frankl Center
Danube Boat Road
Prater
Library
Schonbrunn
Sacher Cafe
Free Vienna Walking Tour (meets at Stock im Eisen Platz 2)
Hitler's Vienna walking Tour (meets in front of Albertina)
Stefenstrum Church
Central Cemetery (Jewish section....relatives buried there which somehow was spared during the Holocaust...important to my grandmother to see it)
Wienerwald (if able to)

I have a feeling Ibis Styles is probably the better one based on location. All places seemed to have received average to great reviews online.

Any help appreciated.

When narrowing down your search for an accommodation in Vienna you must start with the most restrictive amenity, that is the A/C.
A/Cs are becoming mor popular, but still are not available in a lot of cheaper places.

How about Motel One Staatsoper? I've stayed there twice and really liked it. Character-filled old building that has been updated nicely with Motel One's stylish turquoise flare. Small but spotless rooms with excellent air conditioning and Euro-cool en-suite bathrooms. Less than a block away from an entrance to the Karlsplatz U station. A block away from the Ring and the Staatsoper. If you don't know, Motel One is a German chain geared toward business travelers. I've stayed in a few of their hotels (London, Berlin, Stuttgart, Wien) and have never been disappointed.

Considering you had asked about this back in February , the choices you have plus Dave's excellent recommendation should do the trick . With three weeks to go , your biggest issue now is indecision . Availability of any of your choices is likely to be a major consideration .

They all have AC. Sorry should have stated that. I'm going right now basically off the location itself with transportation and being a nice neighborhood. Thank you for pointing that out Steven however they are all still available.
