Vienna to Prague with stop in Kutna Hora

Will be in Vienna in September and taking train to Prague from there. I would like to visit Kutna Hora on the way if possible. Has anyone done this? I'l have luggage so would need to store it, is there any place to do this?
Thanks

I'm not aware of any direct trains from Vienna to Kutna Hora - you'll either have to change trains a few times...or go to Prague and change there! Obviously, it would make more sense just to get to Prague first and day trip to Kutna Hora later.

Personally, I'm not sure Kutna Hora is worth a lot of time to see. The bone church in Sedlec is really cool, for sure...but it's really small and won't take you that much time to see. I felt a little disappointed having gone out of my way to see it (I had a car and stopped on the way back to Prague, so easier than taking a train). It really wasn't worth my time - but it was one of those things I had always wanted to see, having missed it on my first visit to Prague years earlier. But if you have a lot of time in Prague, put it on your list as a possible day trip.
