It's just over 200 miles between Vienna and Krakow, and a scheduled bus is the least expensive and fastest ways to get there. A train is a little more expensive and takes a little longer.
You can go on the following website and get a private driver to transport you starting at 64 Euros each:

There are two direct trains per day from Vienna to Kraków, one during the day (about 6 hours) and an overnight train leaving about 10pm (about 8 hours). The regular fare (2nd class) is about €74 for the day train, and €49 for the night train (excluding add-ons for couchette or sleeper).

Much cheaper are bus connections, although I personally prefer trains because of the more comfort. Flixbus offers four day connections and one overnight directly from Vienna to Kraków. Prices vary in a wide range, depending on different unknown factors; you need to check in the Internet. The cheapest price I noticed doing a random search was €12.
