Vienna sightseeing combo tickets

I’ll be in Vienna for 4 days in June and I’m thinking about purchasing the Sisi Ticket to see the Schonbrunn Palace and Hofburg Apartments. It says if you have the Sisi ticket no reservations are needed for Schonbrunn. Does anyone know if this is still true? Also, I’m looking at getting the Hofburg Treasury and Kurst Museum combo ticket. Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated. TY

Hofburg Apartments and Schönbrunn Palace would be an overkill for me. The latter including the gardens, and maybe the Wagenburg (carriage museum), is much more appealing, unless you are interested in specific details of Sisi's rooms.

The KHM (Kunsthistorisches Museum) and the Treasury are a good combination and worth seeing.

But if you are visiting the above items seriously, two days are gone, maybe a share too big of your four days time budget.

Tourism is slowly recovering after Corona, so don't expect very long queues. I guess you won't need a reservation anywhere at the moment.

Fully agree with wmt1 on the palace overload. I think that the interior of Schonbrunn is much more spectacular. Unless you are a diehard fan of Sisi, then skip the inside of the Hofburg. The treasury and the Kunsthistoriches museum are worth seeing, as is the National Library. With your remaining time, be sure to allocate time to coffeehouses, Belvedere, Karlskirche, Naschmarkt, the entire first disctrict, Stephansdom, etc.
