Vienna in November with a child

We will be in Vienna late November with our 9yo son. My husband and I have been this time of year before and we really enjoyed it, therefore, bringing the little one this time. A couple of questions--does anyone have recommendations for a tour guide who can take us through the Christmas Markets and inject a bit of history into it? Also, we would like to find recommendations for a Jewish history tour, and a cooking class as these are all activities that we enjoy as a family. Our son has travelled with us before and does enjoy walking around new cities and exploring. Any other bonus activities or food recommendations that may excite him are welcome as well. Thank you very much!

I will send you a private message with the name of an excellent tour guide specializing in Jewish Vienna. I’m sure he can take you around to Christmas markets as well, but, honestly, that’s really something most people don’t need a tour guide for. I also don’t know that there’s much history on the markets.

I also have a kid the same age and the market at Karlsplatz is by far the best for kids. Not sure about cooking classes.
