We returned from Vienna a couple of weeks ago. We stayed in Hotel Austria Wien. I highly recommend it. Great location. Inside Inner Stadt. It is a couple of minutes away from the tram and metro stations.
Our room was spacious (we booked a comfort room)
Breakfast with a good variety. The location is central but very quiet. Excellent front desk. If you decide to book it do it directly. You can save a little. I emailed them. They are answering quickly.

Are you talking about the Classic Hotel Wien? I know there are a couple of hotels with similar names.

Okay, it appears that the Hotel Austria Wien and the Classic Hotel Wien are two different hotels. I thought that might be the case. I hate when hotels have such similar names.

Both hotels have "Wien" in their name, being the city where they are located. This is the case for many hotels in Vienna, especially if there are some bearing the same name in other cities.
So this is the only commonality in the names of the aforementioned hotels. I can't rate this as "such similar".

Last month I stayed for several nights at the Hotel Austria in Vienna and I also highly recommend it. The room was clean and cozy, and they fulfilled my request for a quiet room (although the dead-end street it was on didn’t seem particularly noisy). As mentioned, they have an excellent breakfast. For additional charges, they have laundry service, pickup from the airport, and the means to get stamps and mail your postcards for you. Yes, I still send postcards. I had booked through their website, where like the OP I got a reduced price for early booking, and I was especially impressed by their clear, businesslike, and gracious emails. The hotel is a 10-min walk from Stephansplatz, and there are restaurants and a grocery store within a couple of blocks.
