Vienna hotel or apt

Can anyone recommend a hotel or apt for a 2-3 week stay with breakfast included and air conditioning, somewhere in the middle for convenient daily walking jaunts? Thanks!

My husband and I are looking to go for 2 or 2 1/2 weeks in July, probably the 2nd and 3rd week, but I don’t have fixed dates. I’m looking for a hotel/apt with a coffee maker, AC, and a room/apt with a bit more space than a typical bedroom as I may want to rest in the afternoons, or stay in if it rains, My budget won’t stretch to sky high, but moderate-classy would suit me. Many thanks!

When I'm in Vienna, I stay at the

Adina Hotel Belvedere

Every room has a small but fully equipped kitchen, a combo washer/dryer, and air conditioning. They offer a breakfast buffet for an additional charge. There is also an indoor swimming pool.

It's near the train station in a newly gentrified area. The train station has two large and two small supermarkets plus there is a budget supermarket (like Lidl) one block away. The D tram stops across the street and it's 10-15 minutes into the center of town from multiple lines at the train station.

I'll be back there in a few days.

They also offer serviced apartments one block away but I don't know much about them:
