I purchased two tickets to the 9:15 am mass on December 17, 2017 to hear the Vienna Boys Choir sing at Wiener Hofmusikkapelle however we're now unable to attend. I have the option of returning them to the vendor, Vienna Ticket Office, which, although they don't give refunds, will offer them for sale again and, if they succeed in re-selling them, will provide a voucher which I can use to buy other tickets. I'm afraid they won't be able to re-sell them or, if they are able to, we won't be able to use the voucher during the narrow window of time we're in Vienna. I can't think of any other way to sell these tickets. Has anyone else had a similar experience? If so, what was the result and what would you advise?

It's first and foremost a church service specifically a Catholic mass. If you feel you can't take advantage of the voucher for the mass on subsequent Sundays, why not donate/give away your tickets? What a kind and generous gesture that would be.
