when travelling by railjet from Vienna hbf to the airport what terminal do you arrive at? I am looking to get to terminal 3.

Terminals 1 and 3 are actually opposite ends of the same building. The station (for all trains, not just RailJet) is underneath the terminal, level -1. Just take the escalators up from the platform and follow signs, departures Level +1.
