I've stayed at Hotel Austria twice. Great service, nice rooms, extensive included buffet breakfast and a reasonable price. I do know they had a room for 3, I'm not sure about 4. They also have rooms that are priced as "budget". They have a private bathroom but it is accessed from the hall.
