Tyrolean Craft Fair in Seefeld

Has anyone attended the September Tyrolean Craft Fair in Seefeld? If so, what were the features of the fair, the highlights for you, and would you recommend it? Also, can you recommend a hotel centrally located in Seefeld and very close to the activities of the fair?

I have not attended the craft fair, but stayed in Seefeld before. Just don't pick a hotel on the hillsand you will be fine. Also, a hotel too centrally located may not be the best because of noise.
