Tyrol region Green Zone

I have concerns Regarding the Low Emission Zone for the Tyrol Region of Austria, especially from E60/A12/E45 region from approximately Zirl, Innsbruck and further East toward the German Border. Is this an emission zone only for Lorries and trucking. I am reserving a "Skoda station wagon" rental in Switzerland via auto Europe. I assume it will not have a green sticker for this Tyrol road section. However, I do realize that a 10 day toll vignette is needed and I plan to purchase locally from a gas station prior to entering Austria. If one is needed for passenger vechicles, Where and how would I purchase one? Are they sold in the same gas station locations as the 10 day vignette? My main concern is that I will be to Innsbruck and inside Innsbruck as well as further East but not in Germany.

Any new auto will meet the requirements. The rental company can probably get the electronic Austrian vignette for you. It can be done online and no longer requires 18 days prior. It uses the license plate number (camera check) and no longer requires a sticker. If you skip the Austrian Autobahns and take secondary roads there is no vignette required. For me I prefer the secondary roads. More scenic if you have the time. Pretty sure you can still purchase the old sticker type/new e- vignette at Tankstelle before going on the Autobahns. The stickers in most of Europe are in the past.

The green emission sticker exists in Germany, only. There it is needed for entry in certain parts of big cities, e.g. Munich.

Strict emission rules in Austria are for semis, trucks and lorries, especially on highways ("Autobahn").

You will discover that there are speed limits imposed for environmental reasons along the Inn highway; almost everywhere and anytime you cannot drive faster than 100 km/h. This is checked with radars so better stick to it (you will see that really everybody is complying). I believe electric cars are exempted.
