Hi I and my friend are planning to go Vienna Hallstat and alp in austria and then go to cesky kromlov in Jul
We would like to see snow and play sledge instead of sking
We will start to leave from vienna and finish at cesky
we have big baggages whole trip and travel by public transportation
Period: 3-4 days for Hallstat and alp including travelling time from vienna and time to go cesky
I have some questions
1. which alp have snow during Jul and close to hallstat
2. I should direct to alp first > hallstat > Cesky or not?

I am sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but you are coming at the wrong time of year for snow activities. There will be no snow anywhere near your destinations. There are a couple of places further west in the Alps, however, such as the Stubai Glacier, which has year round snow. Have a search on google.

Without snow, you might enjoy the summer Luge rides or "Sommerrodelbahn" offered in several mountain areas of Austria. Cesky Krumlov trains take about 5 hours/2 connections to or from Vienna or a little longer to or from Hallstatt. Shuttle vans based in CK also run to/from Linz, Austria.

To get from Hallstatt to CK, you might want to consider the Bean Shuttle which has direct van service.
