We are looking to book a trip to Austria in July 2022. What are the restrictions for travel to that county?

Who knows what it will be in July? The travel requirements change almost every week.
In general, however, if you are vaccinated and boosted (check timeframes as the validity period is also always changing), then you will fare better.
