We bought tickets on railjet from Vienna to Munich for Oct 28. What are the chances the train will run? If it does, will there be problems?

The situation is changing daily so the most accurate information will come by checking in with local news upon arrival at a tourist information office. The rail section between Salzburg and Munich (which most trains from Vienna would use) has been affected and has had closures. Taking the train up to Salzburg should be fine, and rail staff will give you options hopefully to connect via bus if the line is closed when you're there.
