On the first Sunday of every month - which includes tomorrow, September 2 - all Vienna city museums have free entry. This includes the Wien Museum (excellent, with Klimts and other great exhibits), various composers’ apartments, the Roman Musem and the Clock Museum. Hermesvilla is worth a journey if you want some lovely city hiking.
