Tirol/Zillertal- 1 Week By Public Transport

Hi all,
I am planning 1 week solo trip in second week of June'24 to Tirol/ Zillertal and will be moving around only by public transport. I plan to do easy day hikes, take cable cars, visit Hintertux (for summer snow) and just stroll around cute villages. I plan to spend 2 nights in Seefeld and then 5 nights in Jenbach so that the connectivity via train/ bus is decent. Please suggest easy (I am a beginner) day hikes that can be done in 4-5 hours max and any other things that are fun to do. Zillertal arena seems good enough to pack 1 full day.
I am unable to find many options of accomodation in Jenbach and hence, wondering if that's a good base for me. Please suggest a good base and itinerary to fill 1 week in this area.
Thank you!

If you want to explore the Zillertal, why not stay in Mayrhofen where there are plenty of lodging options and save the daily 50 minute commute from Jenbach?

Go to the Rofan Seilbahn. From the top take a hike to the Berggasthaus Dalfaz Alm and back. A few steep places along the way but great views of the Achensee and Naturpark Karwendel.

From Pertisau hike along the western shore of the Achensee to the Gasthaus Gaisalm. Take a boat back to Pertisau.

Go to Hainzenberg and take the Gerlosssteinbahn up. Walk to the Almtribüne for great views of the Zillertal.

In Mayrhofner take the Penkenbahn up and walk around. A tandem Paraglider flight?

This might be too much... But go to the Schlegeis Stausee. Walk along the lake or up to the Olpererhütte and the Insta-Brücke.

Just so much to do in this area.

I suggest good shoes/boots. I am a Lowa fan. They are worth it. Take a small rucksack with a rain jacket and water. Maybe a vest too. Some sunscreen and a hiking hat will keep sunburn away. I carry a hiking/walking stick.
