Hi all, I am flying from Amman, Jordan to Frankfurt, Germany later this week. I have a one hour layover in Vienna and have carry-on luggage only. I will arrive to and depart from the same terminal (terminal 3) but only have an hour connection time. I've been to the Vienna Airport a number of times, but for the life of me can't recall if I go through immigration in Vienna or Frankfurt. Any insight is appreciated!

You will most likely go through in Vienna as that is your port of entry into the Schengen Zone. As you know, its not a large or complicated airport. But I still just yesterday passed over a really cheap flight flight from Romania that had a 50 minute layover in Vienna ... without the concern of immigration (both Schengen).

Thanks, Mr. E! When I booked the ticket, I didn't think about immigration. Ugh. Well, I'll have to hustle. Fingers crossed!
