Tentative itinerary for Wolfgangsee during Advent

Wanted to see if this schedule is doable for a day trip from Salzburg:

Take 150 bus from Salzburg to Strobl. Enjoy the town.
Take the 12.35 ferry to St Wolfgang.
While in St Wolfgang, enjoy market and go up the Advent Train.
Board a ferry at St Wolfgang at 16.40 (4:40 pm) to St Gilgen (enjoy the lights on the lake in route to St Gilgen)
Walk around the market at St Gilgen then hop on a bus (not sure if it is bus 150 again or not) back to Salzburg. (also need to check on bus timetables coming back from St Gilgen).

Does this seem like a doable itinerary?
Thanks.

Note there are two ferry stops in St. Wolfgang - one in the village center and one at the base of the advent train. You’ll get off the ferry at the village center stop. When you finish the advent train, get on the ferry at that stop. Be sure to buy your advent train tickets and time slots in advance.

While I think it is great to have a schedule, I suggest remaining flexible in case you really enjoy something.

Just to be clear, when you say “Note there are two ferry stops in St. Wolfgang - one in the village center and one at the base of the advent train. You’ll get off the ferry at the village center stop. When you finish the advent train, get on the ferry at that stop”, it sounds like we will get off the ferry at Village Center stop but get back on the ferry, after the advent train ride, at the stop at the base of train?

We will be very flexible, just wanted to see if times appear to be reasonable because we do want to buy train tickets in advance and want to ensure we will be able to make the train in time if visiting Strobl first and then the Wolfgang village Christmas Mkt before the train. Thank you.

This is only true for the summer schedule, but not for the advent schedule of the ferry.

Here you will find the advent time table for the ferry:

As you can see, the ferry is not operated on Mondays and Tuesdays and has only three stops: Strobl, St. Wolfgang (train station) and St. Gilgen.
