I will (hopefully) be in Vienna in December with my adult daughter who is heavily into horses. Besides the Spanish Riding School, does anyone know of tack shops in or near Vienna?

Besides the SRS performance, your daughter will probably enjoy the schooling session and tour. I’m planning a Vienna visit in 2023.
According to the SRS website the Piber Stud near Graz is closed in the winter. They have riding sessions but are picky. https://www.srs.at/piber/

I would add that it is possible to ride horses in the Prater on the many horse trails in the woods, in case that is interesting.
Head over to maps.google.com and type "Tack shops near Vienna Austria" into the search box and you get a listing of about eight different stores.
