I spent five nights at the Hotel Hollweger, which was very comfortable if a bit full of British travellers for my tastes (but that did mean the staff all spoke perfect English - helpful if your German isn't great). It had spectacular views of the lake, a swimming pool, and, the highlight for me, its own private lake access (a little walk away from the hotel).
