I am trying to buy seats for the Spanish Riding School performance but it won't take both of my Visa cards. I called CC company and got released and used them for hotel and other transactions in Vienna. Anyone know what I am doing wrong? Thanks!!!

The web site displays the terms Verified by VISA and MasterCard SecureCode. Those programs require an extra security step that you probably have not signed up for. If your card doesn't have it, you may just get "no action" instead of a pop-up screen requesting your code. My CapitalOne card (with chip & sign) has worked in some of these situations. Or if you have AmEx, give that a try.

I was able to place an order via the Vienna Ticket Office (website) but I have yet to receive a formal confirmation of my order.
I believe I used my American Express credit card.
The cost per seat was E114.
