I am about to reserve a rental car for pickup/return from Amsterdam in April. It appears that some countries have
very specific requirements for snow tires and/or chains during the winter. Some car rental agencies require
a significant charge for the snow ties and/or chains. The first 10 days of driving will be in the Netherlands, Belgium & France
which appear not to have the snow tire requirement.
Has anyone had this same experience? What are some options? Advice? Snow Tire Requirement in April ??
