I will be visiting Vienna in early June with my two adult children. This will be our first visit and I think we'd like to be located centrally, using public transportation. There may be evenings that my kids want to go clubbing and I'll be returning to our accommodations on my own. I'm hoping to keep to a budget of 100 - 130 euros/night, if possible.
Hotel Kummer is right on the Mariahilferstrasse and breakfast is included in the price. It's an old, elegant building with an elevator and the staff is very helpful.
We stayed at the Hotel Schweizerhof in Vienna. It was the last stop on our Rick Steves, Berlin, Prague and Vienna tour and it was very nice. It has a great breakfast and is very convenient.

Have you had a look at hotels on booking.com? Finding a room for 3 adults is a bit tricky as not every hotel will have rooms with that many beds. June 4 is also a holiday here, so that would affect prices. If you provide your dates, I could make some recommendations.

May I recommend the Pension Nossek. It is in a great cenral location, small, clean and nice breakfast, reasonably priced.
I'm staying at Pension Dr. Geissler. I just checked - they have a family room on your dates, but it's a double bed and a twin and €170/night. It is very central.
For 3 separate beds (harder to find) and cheaper, would you consider a hostel? I considered Wombats Naschtmarkt and it looked pretty good, but I just checked their website and they don't have availability for all your nights. They have one or two other properties in Vienna.
