Should we get the Vienna Pass

I am planning on visiting Vienna in the middle of May for 3 days , I have scheduled 2 walking tours , which entail entering sites
I wanted to see if it would be a good value and save time if I bought the pass
Thank you for any advise

We just returned yesterday from 3 days in Vienna, and did purchase a 3-day Vienna Pass. It was definitely a good value for us, and it seems to often have a 10% sale. The Pass must be used on consecutive days once activated, so we had more flexibility having the Pass all 3 days.
We used the hop-on, hop off bus many times, which is included. Because we had the pass, we ran into many museums just to see a designated collection, not intending to see the entire museum. It was fun to run in and see the morning Riding School warm-up session, which I would not have paid for outside of the Pass. The river boat rides are included, which we missed due to rain. [Note: The Opera House Tour is not included.] We skipped many ticket lines because of the Pass.
We felt the Pass gave us more flexibility and spontaneity . Draft your schedule, check out individual admission prices, and see where you stand.

We also had a positive experience with the Vienna Pass.

I would check with the tour operator(s) to see if using a Vienna Pass would work in the context of your walking tours.

May I ask who you booked your 2 walking tours through? We are going to be there in early June and i am trying to figure out how to see Vienna in the best way possible in 3 days with my daughter.
Thanks!

For 3 days you could alternatively buy a 3-day transit pass and ride the metro/trams/buses as much as you wanted (possibly easier than waiting for a hop-on hop-off bus.)
FYI, for seniors there's also a 2-for-1 ticket -- validate one end for the first ride, the other end for the second.

I personally know Walter and I don’t know if he’d want his personal details listed in this way. Did you ask his permission?

Thank you for removing that personal information.
