We have purchased a Vienna Pass and their website says to arrive at Schonbrunn early in order to get your free ticket & assigned entry time. Is there a way to reserve a time slot when using the Vienna Pass for Schonbrunn?

On the Schönbrunn site they say, "Discounts for students, senior citizens, Vienna Card and disabled persons are only available on the cash desks!"

It doesn't look like it. When we used the Vienna Pass in October 2015, crowds weren't a problem. Hopefully your time slot won't be that long after you arrive. If you have a wait, the grounds are beautiful, and the Vienna Pass gives you a "Fast Pass" entry to the zoo, which is well worth your time. Look for the shell craters in some of the enclosures.
