Hello All-
We will be in Vienna in a couple of weeks and would like to tour the palace. I know that you should buy your tickets and reserve your time before you go. But how far ahead of time? We will be there a good five days before the date that we want to go to the palace. Is that too short of a time or should I just do it now online? Thanks!

I was there today and reserved about 36 hours in advance online for a 0915 entry.
Remember to put the electronic ticket in a place on your smart phone where you can find it.
I signed up for the standard complete tour that includes the apartments. I was not interested in the horses or other ticketed offerings.
I covered the entire tour in well under three hours.
Very impressive.

We did the audio tour last August and bought our tickets day of with no issues.
