We are 2 seniors staying in Innsbruck for 3 nights in mid July. We are not interested in strenuous hiking, but want to see the natural beauty of the area. We will also be in Alpbach for 2 nights. We are trying to figure out which of the following sites to include during our visit: the Zirbenweg, the Sugspitze, and the Nordkette. We are also considering the Wiedersbergerhorn in Alpsbach. We would appreciate help in planning our stay and any other suggestions of must sees in the area. We are traveling via public transportation.
It will take most of the day to do, but if you take a regular train east to Jenbach and catch the Zillertalbahn local train to the south end (head) of the Ziller Valley at Mayrhofen there are two gondolas that go up from town on the east and west sides of the village. I go for skiing but there are hiking trails on top and great views. And, if you are even more ambitious you can catch a bus from the train station to the Hintertux Glacier gondola and go up to the mid-station and have lunch at a glacier. I don't know if the gondolas from the Hintertux mid-station operate in the summer, but if they do you will get as high as you could possibly want.
On the Austrian side you can go up the Zugspitze from Ehrwald.

Or you can take the train from Innsbruck to Garmish-Partenkirchen to go up the Zugspitze

Have fun!
Not far from Innsbruck is Axamer Lizum. When open take the Hoadlbahn up to the Hoadl-Haus Axamer Lizum. Not sure of public transportation from Innsbruck, but there is a Wanderbus. https://axamer-lizum.at/hoadl-haus
From Innsbruck you can go south in the Stubaital. Many lifts in the valley. When open at the end is the glacier and the Top of Tyrol at 3210 meters. There are steps to get to the viewing platform. https://www.stubaier-gletscher.com/en/summer/viewing-platform/
From Innsbruck take the Stubaitalbahn to Fulpmes. You can take the Kreuzjochbahn up there too. Fhttps://www.stubai.at/stubaital/stubai-blog/detail/stubaitalbahn/
From Alpbach you can go to Maurach and take the Rofan Seilbahn up. A favorite relative easy hike is to the Berggasthaus Dalfaz Alm.https://www.dalfazalm.at/
