Spending 2 days in Salzburg in June, wondering if traveling to Kitzsteinhorn is easily doable from area. Is it worth the day away? Can you walk around up top, or is there so much snow that traveling on funiculars, etc. too difficult without the boots, etc? Not taking boots on plane. We think the sights would be great. Best way to get there from Salzburg? Traveling with 4 adults.
