Salzburg or Innsbruck Wild Game Restaurants

Has anyone experience a good wild game restaurant (venison, etc) in either Salzburg or Innsbruck?
I had some very good venison between Munich and Fussen many years ago and am looking for a good experience.
Nothing fancy just good food. Thanks
